How to Use?
Cleaning
Before First Use:
• Gently pull the bottle teat in all directions and carefully inspect it for any signs of weakness or damage.
• Always sterilise new bottles after removing them from the packaging.
Replacement:
• Check bottle teats regularly, replacing them every 4-6 weeks or at the first sign of damage or weakness. An enlarged or sticky teat indicates it is time for a replacement.
Cleaning:
• Natural rubber latex bottle teats should be cleaned regularly by scalding, while all other bottle components are dishwasher safe. Read the cleaning guidelines here.

We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a despatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

Smaller items & strollers can be delivered to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Silly & some Highland Islands for an added deliver fee of £19.99 depending on the brand & weight. Pease enquire before making a purchase if your product can be delivered to those locations. If we cannot deliver to those locations and you have already made a purchase, you will be refunded in full.
Deliveries are subject to additional shipping time dependent on the delivery method selected and the destination.
For all in-stock orders placed before 2pm, we aim to process your order the same day. Any in-stock orders placed after 2pm, we aim to process your order the next working day (i.e., if your order is placed after 2pm on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday at 9am, excluding bank holidays).
We advise customers to provide us with a mobile number when placing an order which will be used by the delivery company to send you an SMS message on the morning of delivery estimating a 1-hour window for your delivery.
Please note deliveries are between 8am to 6pm and the hour slot cannot be chosen. Please note not all delivery companies offer tracking.
