Returns Procedures;
Please contact us before returning an item (Email or call 0121 652 0852) so we can ensure you are sending it to the right address and that it has the relevant information with it so we can associate it to the correct order, the returns address is

At My Baby Stroller we offer a 14 day returns period on all products , if you change your mind provided the item is still in its original packaging with all labels attached and in a saleable unused condition. If the items were specially ordered in for you from a range that we don't normally stock then this does not apply and additional extra restocking fees may apply. We do not offer free return. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to processed.
To Return a Product To Us:
Please make sure that the product was received by you in the last 14 days.

Your email should have the following information so that we can process a return.
- Your name
- Order reference number
- Your Address
- Email address
- Contact number
- Date of purchase
- Date the goods were received by you
- If you originally ordered multiple items, which do you want to return?
- Reason for return
You can either arrange the return at your own cost and risk with a courier of your choice or we can arrange collection for you at a cost up to £25 per box (for furniture, up to £40 per box). Please arrange a return first and do not just send something back without notifying us first.
If you wish to return something that originally incurred a delivery charge such as a £3.95 charge for an order under £49.99 , Saturday delivery charge , or non UK Mainland / Scottish Highlands address this delivery charge would not be refunded and would be minused from the order total.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers that request cancellation of an order prior to receiving their goods, maybe charged return costs if the goods have left our/supplier warehouse. Please Note the cancellation request must be acknowledged by our team, and this can take up to 48 working hours by email. E.g. If a cancellation request is made on Sunday, this may not be acknowledged until Monday afternoon/Tuesday, and goods may have left our warehouse (In this case, it would be best to phone our customer services team, early in the morning)
Shipping costs on return orders are non-refundable. E.g If an order is placed under £50 a shipping cost of £4.99 will have been applied. This is a non-refundable amount.
Manufacturing Faults:
If you have a manufacturing fault with your item within 30 days of purchase we will refund or replace the item for you - Exclusions, terms and conditions apply. Most of the time the manufactures will send out a replacement part or get the part fixed. Make sure your warranty is set up if you require any maintenance.
Items that develop a faulty after 30 days of purchase will be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty and we will ensure we rectify the fault accordingly or send out replacement parts.
The manufacturer’s warranty only covers against manufacturing faults and does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
- Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
- Failure to follow the instructions in the user guide
- Abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Air transportation or freight damage
- Damage to tyres such as holes, punctures or tears
- Mounting or installation of third party products such as buggy boards that are not recommended by the manufacturer
Refunds:
We will refund all returned ordered within 2 working days of receiving the goods back into our warehouse, refunds can take up to 14 working days to show back into your account, depending on which format you originally paid with.
We will refund the full purchase value of returned goods, to the original payment method used, within 48 hours of receiving the goods. This includes sale items and a pro-rata rate for bundled items if applicable.
Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and in a sell-able condition. Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit products once opened if they cannot be resealed, due to hygiene or safety reasons.
To ensure the best protection for our little customers, unless faulty we cannot offer a refund for some of the following product types where a manufacturer's seal has been broken:
- Mattresses
- Hygiene products
- Changing mats
- Breast pumps
- Already assembled & dissembled furniture
To return items delivered directly from our suppliers, please contact our customer service department at info@mybabystroller.co.uk who will assist in arranging a collection of your goods by the supplier. Please note: Furniture items that have been built cannot be returned. All items must be unused, with their original packaging intact, return collection charges may vary.
Damaged Or Faulty Items Received By You:
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items:
Sale items can be refunded.
