What to Do If You Have an Issue or Need to Make a Warranty Claim

If you’re experiencing a problem with your stroller or any of our products, we’re here to help. Here’s how to make a warranty claim or report an issue:

  1. Complete the Form Below
    Fill in your full name, contact details, and order information (e.g., order number, date of purchase). Providing accurate information helps us process your request faster.

  2. Describe the Problem
    Give a clear description of the fault or defect. Include as much detail as possible: when it started, how it happened, and what is wrong. If relevant, explain how the issue affects the use or safety of the product.

  3. Upload Evidence
    Attach photos or videos that clearly show the defect or the problem you're experiencing. Visual evidence helps us assess the claim more effectively and speeds up the resolution process.

  4. Submit and Wait for Confirmation
    Once you submit the form, you’ll receive a follow up email from us. The manufacture warranty team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 working days

  5. Next Steps

    • We’ll let you know how we plan to resolve your issue — whether through repair, replacement, or another solution.

    • If more information is needed, we may contact you for clarification or ask for further evidence.

    • Once we’ve agreed on a solution, we’ll discuss how to return or collect the product (if necessary) and any shipping arrangements.
